Headroom scenario

A scenario, not a forecast. Pipe added less gas added since the month the pipes are assumed full, run forward at a growth rate you set. The page that explains it

Production
Expected pipelines

Solid: the record, from EIA's production estimate and the pipelines in service. Dashed: the scenario. Below the line, the pipe added since the reference month is less than the gas to move. Capacity is nameplate; lines in fact ramp up, and maintenance takes capacity out. Production after grows at the rate set here and at no other; EIA's own forecast is not used. An expected line dated on or before counts from the month after it, since the record holds lines confirmed in service only.
